Pro Bono Work

Dr. Fisher will act as a pro bono expert in specific cases involving criminal defendants (accused of serious felonies) who also have a history of severe Traumatic Brain Injury. In a recent case involving a severely brain damaged woman already found guilty of murder, Dr. Fisher testified on her behalf. 

His testimony was intended to assist the Court with its understanding of the effects of her severe brain injury on her capacity to be sentenced for the crime.
